Such as Marathon runners, Cricket, Car racing, Volleyball, weight lifting and boxing. Our cricketers brought an immense goodwill and publicity to the country winning the world cup in 1996.👈👈👥 Cricketers like Arjuna Ranathunga, Kumara Sangakkara, Mahela Jayawardhana are some of the best batsman of the world. Muralidaran and Lasith Malinga are some of the best bawlers of the world. They are help to win so many Sri Lankan cricket matches. Olympic is the largest sports festival world famous sports heroes and we of the world. Some of our athletes had won several Olympic medals in the past too. In the recent past , Sri Lankan spinter Susanthika Jayasingha broght an Olympic medal winning hundred meters event. In the international arena Sri Lankan sports heroes have proven their abilities astonishing many European athletes. So Srl lankan has produced many world famous sports heroes and we can proud of Sri Lankan.
